Warehouse Operator & Blending Technician

Position Overview:

​This role will oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, blending raw materials, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role requires forklift operation, accurate formula measurement, and a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Ideal Candidate

The right person for this role will be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable in a warehouse environment. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can safely lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the day

  • Arrives on time and is consistently reliable

  • Is comfortable working on their feet in a warehouse setting all day

  • Pays attention to detail and takes initiative to solve problems as they arise

  • Communicates clearly and has good English skills for safety and teamwork

Key Responsibilities

  • Blend raw materials accurately according to provided formulas.

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Receive, label, and store incoming materials in compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintain organized and clean work areas at all times.

  • Manage inventory levels and assist with regular cycle counts.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including chemical handling protocols.

  • Work independently to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse environment (chemical or manufacturing preferred).

  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong math skills for formula measurements and conversions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 annually
